By the early 2000s, vicious feuds, crushing poverty, pervasive corruption, and epic drug abuse were so prevalent in eastern Kentucky that any family that could was fleeing to greener pastures. Those who stayed behind fought a running battle with hopelessness as illicit drugs threatened to consume an entire generation. And then it happened. As a desperate band of believers cried “Enough!” the Presence of God descended on the town of Manchester, and transformed it into the City of Hope.

From Corruption to Revival: A Town's Radical Change

The"Pain Prescription Drug Capital of America,"  Manchester, Kentucky, has been radically changed by the divine intervention of revival.  The Body of Christ rose up to retake their community from the rampant drug trade, corruption, and wickedness.  Drug dealers either "got saved or were busted."  An entire region of Appalachia was turned "right-side up!" A documentary, "Appalachian Dawn," has been made of this incredible awakening and is being shown across the nation.  The long prophesied "Coming Great Awakening in Appalachia" has begun!
